Return Rules

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items

Contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll fix it.

Exchanges

Return your item first, then place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 15 days. Delivery charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
